Associate Cloud & DevOps Engineer

What you'll do

  • Build and operate sovereign cloud and on-prem deployments — the infrastructure behind WhyMinds and RegAhead.
  • Own CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and release automation across environments.
  • Instrument observability, monitoring and alerting for uptime and cost control.
  • Harden systems for regulated deployments — secrets, BYOK/HSM, data residency, least privilege.

What you bring

  • 0–3 years with a cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Linux fundamentals.
  • Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform / similar).
  • Scripting (Python / Bash) and a security-first instinct.
  • Bonus: exposure to private-cloud, on-prem or regulated (BFSI) environments.

Associate Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do

  • Design and ship accountable, user-facing product across the stack for our ventures and platforms.
  • Build responsive front-ends and robust APIs, with evidence and auditability designed in.
  • Model data and integrate services securely across the perimeter.
  • Partner with AI and DevOps engineers to take features from prototype to production.

What you bring

  • 0–3 years building web applications end to end.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern framework (React / similar) and a backend runtime (Node / Python).
  • Comfort with relational data, REST APIs and version control.
  • Bonus: an eye for clean, accessible UI and secure-by-default engineering.

Associate AI Engineer

What you'll do

  • Build sovereign, evidenced agentic AI — private SLMs, RAG pipelines, tool-use and orchestration.
  • Engineer guardrails, evaluation and human-in-the-loop into every agent.
  • Make outputs explainable and traceable to the source or obligation they rely on.
  • Turn regulated-domain problems into accountable, production-grade AI.

What you bring

  • 0–3 years in applied ML/AI or strong project work with LLMs.
  • Python and the modern AI stack — embeddings, vector stores, RAG, prompt and eval frameworks.
  • Understanding of model limits: hallucination, bias, drift — and how to evaluate for them.
  • Bonus: interest in sovereign / on-prem inference and responsible-AI practice.
